I’ve developed this habit of starting a ‘new health journey’ about every six months, and after three weeks to a month I tend to forget about it and go back to my normal ways of eating like crap, such as processed foods, junk food, and a ridiculous amount of pop. But today marks the day that I start and stick to it for myself, and not for the reasons that i have done it for in the past. I will no longer do it because I am scared of what people think of my body size, or because I am not “skinny”. I will do it for myself, because I want to be healthy, and not out of shape anymore. I want to recreate myself in the most healthy way there is, without having all the wrong intentions this time.
